Section 2 — Confidentiality and Term

2.1 Confidential Information. Each party shall hold in strict confidence all non-public information disclosed by the other party during the term of this Agreement. Use of such information is permitted only for the Permitted Purpose defined in Section 1.

2.2 Indemnification. Disclosing Party shall indemnify Receiving Party for all losses arising from any third-party claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees, regardless of the underlying cause.

2.3 Term and Renewal. This Agreement remains in effect for an initial term of two (2) years and shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party gives written notice 30 days prior to renewal.

2.4 Return of Materials. Upon termination, Receiving Party shall destroy all Confidential Information in its possession. No obligation to certify destruction is included in this draft.

Is this a competitor analysis template?

No. blolp builds the comparison table and report draft from the actual competitor pages, pricing screenshots, contract clauses, or notes you have open. Nothing is filled in from a generic schema.

Can it mark up a contract directly?

It drafts comments by default. Editing the document, inserting tracked changes, or commenting in Google Docs requires a separate click from you. The contract stays untouched until you approve the move.

Where do the sources come from?

The pages and files visible on your Mac. blolp cites them by tab, file path, and page number. Every claim in the draft links back to its origin, and blolp does not insert claims without a source.

How long can the report be?

As long as the source allows. For a multi-page deal review, blolp sections the draft by topic, keeps the source-linked outline at the top, and writes each part as prose you can edit.

Does it work for non-English sources?

Yes. blolp reads what is visible, translates internally, and writes the report in the language you ask for. The source links still point at the original.

Can I export the report?

Copy as markdown, send to Notion, Google Docs, or paste into the next message. Sharing requires your click. For pulling prior research and customer history into the same draft, see memory.
